Claude de Alger Obelia

Claude de Alger Obelia is the current reigning emperor of the Empire of Obelia, and the father of the main protagonist in the popular manhwa "Who Made Me a Princess". He is a book character in "The Lovely Princess", and kills his oldest blood-related daughter, the original Athanasia de Alger Obelia. Claude has been shown to be ruthless and cruel, yet also warm and affectionate later on in the story.

In the book "The Lovely Princess", Claude gains the throne by usurping and murdering his older brother, Anastacius de Alger Obelia. His name, Claude, refers to his illegitimacy to become heir, as heirs to the Obelian Empire have names which means "immortal".
