Denji

Denji is Chainsaw Man's Human Form. He became Chainsaw Man after his dead body was resurrected by his pet dog, [Pochita](https://anilist.co/character/170266/Pochita).

He is a Public Safety Devil Hunter who works under [Makima](https://anilist.co/character/137080/Makima) as a member of an experimental squad in Special Tokyo Division 4. He works alongside his partner [Power](https://anilist.co/character/137079/Power) and under the supervision of [Aki Hayakawa](https://anilist.co/character/137081/Aki-Hayakawa).

Denji's personality is both brash and naive as a result of being unable to have a formal education and socialize due to living in severe poverty. He comes off as rude and harsh, yet in an almost childish way. He doesn't know how to be clever or wise but he knows how to lighten the mood. As the Chainsaw Devil, he has the ability to grow chainsaws out of his body.
