Kakeru Juuouin

Kakeru is the heir to Juuouin Holdings and a student at Kakyoin Academy of Edel Rose. He is the managing director of his fathers company. His birth name is Kazuo Juuouin.

Kakeru's personality is commonly and officially defined as "charai" which can mean "flirtatious" or "trashy". In Shiny Seven Stars it is revealed that in his upbringing as an heir, Kakeru was brought into his family's business very early and faced a harsh world of business filled with corruption and betrayal. As a result, Kakeru found it hard to trust other people and doubted that "love" existed. After discovering Prism Shows, Kakeru enrolled into Edel Rose "to confirm if love exists".

Despite his playful character, Kakeru is known to have a more serious side to him. According to [Hiro](https://anilist.co/character/126908/), Kakeru is actually a diligent student, helps his father with his work, and genuinely loves prism shows. However, if this side to him is brought up he gets embarrassed about it. He even goes to measures to hide this aspect of himself, such as hiding his prism star magazines from Shin. He is also an otaku who seems to like every genre of anime, and is said to have once went shopping for action figures with Hiro.
