General Lion's son and Erika's older brother. Richter loathes the Earthians for murdering his father during negotiations. He is in charge with the conquest of the Earth. Together with his generals- Balbas and Leiza he is completely devoted to the task and loyal to the Admiral Olban, the current Baam ruler.
