He is an extremely frugal accountant and will do everything to get his hands for money even if it would be a detriment to Earl Gloria's fabulous schemes. He is usually seen haggling with unfortunate sellers and picking up leftover food on the ground. Mr. James also wears clothes and undergarments made with rags and patches. Mr. James is equally and wholly despised by the NATO, KGB, and even the FBI. However, that does not stop his stinginess for coins and strongly believes that "...truth is money".
